We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Information we collect

We store information which we take when you place an order including:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

We use the information which we collect from you only to fulfil that order.

Returns

The perishable nature of the biscuits and macarons means that our products are non-returnable.
This does not affect your statutory rights however and if you receive your product damaged or if we have made a mistake with your product you should contact us on 07826 542745 or using the email address: matthew@thebiscuiterie.co.uk

We recommend contacting us within one working day of receipt of your product so that any complaint can be sorted out quickly and to our mutual satisfaction.

Cancellation

If after having placed an order through our website you would like to cancel that same order the cancellation must be done before the end of the next day.

Delivery in the UK

Most of our orders are sent using the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. Royal mail say that their Recorded Delivery service takes 2-3 days. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays on their part however we can help you find out where the parcel is using the Post Office tracking code.
As this is a signed for service we cannot be held responsible for delays due to no one being able to take receipt of the goods at the delivery address.

Special Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm of the next working day. Again, we cannot be held responsible for any unforseen delays in delivery by Royal Mail but we can help to find out where your parcel is and an estimated time of delivery.
As this is a signed for service we cannot be held responsible for delays due to no one being able to take receipt of the goods at the delivery address.

Delivery overseas

Decorated biscuit orders only. We cannot deliver macarons or bourbon biscuits overseas.

For parcel weights of up to 2kg we use the Royal Mail International service for sending deliveries overseas. Deliveries can take up to 1 week. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery, return postage costs or lost or damaged items.
Weights above 2kg cannot be ordered on our website. Please contact us for details.
