In the event of a cancellation by the client any money paid for the hire of our van is refundable in full up to 8 days prior to a booking date.
In the event of a cancellation by the client 8 days (or less) prior to a booking date a refund of any monies paid but not including the initial deposit is refundable.
In the event of a cancellation by us (The biscuiterie) any monies paid will be refunded.
