    Chocolate, vanilla pod or powder, butter (milk), egg, sugar, Wheat flour (Wheat flour, calcium carbonate, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agents (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), black treacle (gingerbread), golden syrup (chocolate,gingerbread), cocoa powder (chocolate), spices (gingerbread).
    E numbers which are included in the food colourings are as follows: E422, E551, E133, E122, E1520, E102, E155, E124, E104.
    Full ingredient list for meringue powder is as follows: Wheat starch, Dried egg albumen, sugar, modified starch, acidity regulators (calcium lactate, tartaric acid, cream of tartare, lactic acid), Dextrose, Stabiliser (guar gum).
